Our Society
Southampton University Spaceflight Society (SUSF) is a student-led engineering society that empowers students to explore spaceflight through hands-on projects, technical workshops, outreach initiatives, and collaborative research. Open to all disciplines and experience levels, SUSF inspires the next generation of innovators in the space industry.
Objective 1
Promote, educate and inform students and external educational institutions about: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and space related disciplines.
Objective 2
Develop, maintain and advance student managed space engineering projects, with the aim to partake in competitions, research initiatives and design challenges.
Objective 3
Encourage innovation and advancement in student space technologies in the United Kingdom.
