On the 09/07/2026, our committee and selected SUSF members were fortunate to visit Airbus Defence and Space, Portsmouth, where we had the opportunity to represent our projects and showcase the work we do within SUSF.

The event provided a fantastic platform to connect with like-minded university groups, Airbus interns, and apprentices, allowing us to share ideas, discuss our engineering experiences, and learn more about the opportunities within the aerospace industry.

It was a highly successful day and a valuable experience for everyone involved, strengthening our links with industry and inspiring us to continue developing our projects.
